    3. Onsite Response

    The crew contains the loss, extracts water, removes smoke, sets up drying equipment, and documents everything to carrier standards.

    4. Direct Insurance Billing

    We invoice the carrier directly using Xactimate. Daily photo logs and moisture readings are shared with you and the adjuster.

    5. Job Closes

    Reconstruction (if needed), final walkthrough with the homeowner, and certificate of completion delivered.

    6. Referrer Paid

    Once the carrier pays the claim, your referral fee is issued via your preferred method (Check, ACH, or Zelle).
