    By accessing and using the Disaster Referrals platform at disasterreferrals.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

    2. Platform Description

    Disaster Referrals (disasterreferrals.com) is a referral platform operated by Independent Restoration Services that connects insurance professionals, property managers, realtors, and other partners with certified restoration contractors across our nationwide network of locations.

    3. Referral Submissions

    When you submit a referral through the Platform, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to share the homeowner's or property owner's contact information for the purpose of arranging restoration services.

    4. SMS Program Terms

    By submitting a referral through our platform, you acknowledge that the assigned restoration location will receive an SMS notification containing the referral details to facilitate a timely response. The following terms govern our transactional SMS program:

    • Program name: Disaster Referrals Transactional SMS
    • Program description: Transactional notifications to B2B referral partners about submitted referrals
    • Opt-in: Via checkbox on web form at disasterreferrals.com/refer
    • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message
    • Help: Reply HELP or contact refer@disasterreferrals.com
    • Message frequency: Varies by referral activity
    • Carrier disclaimer: Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others

    5. Partner Accounts

    Partners who register for an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: submitting false or fraudulent referrals, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Independent Restoration Services provides the Platform as a referral coordination tool. We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or quality of restoration services provided by individual locations. Each location operates independently and is responsible for its own service delivery.

    8. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
